Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy
ReturnsYou may return your order within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.
You may exchange your one or all the items in your order for another item available at our store.
If the exchanged item results in a higher total order cost the remainder will be charged by the original method of payment.
If the exchanged item results in a lower total order cost the remainder will be refunded by original method of payment

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If your return or exchange is rejected, no refund will be processed.
