Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy
EXCHANGES
You may exchange your order within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete an exchange in person, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may exchange your one or all the items in your order for another item available at our store.
If the exchanged item results in a higher total order cost the remainder will be charged by the original method of payment.
If the exchanged item results in a lower total order cost the remainder will be refunded by original method of payment
RETURNS
You may return your order within 7 days of purchase.
We charge a 3% restocking fee on returns and cancelled orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete a return in person, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
SUBMIT AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If your return or exchange is rejected, no refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
